U.S. ORDERS
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped. Most orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

CANADA ORDERS
Orders placed from outside the U.S. ship within 3 to 7 business days of placing your order. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped. International shipping delivery times may vary. Please note you may be charged additional import taxes or customs fees upon delivery. Hello Floyd does not cover the cost of these fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! We gladly accepts returned new items (unworn / unwashed) for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note the original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping items back to us.
If for some reason your product arrived defective or incomplete, please contact us and we'll make it right.

To return or exchange an item:
1. Include a copy of your packing slip or order form and note the new size or item desired if you are exchanging.

3. Once we receive your return, we will ship your new order in 3 to 5 business days or issue a refund.
